Pousada Manacá

The owner loves indigenous art and pieces from Indian villages including photos, ritual objects, everyday utensils, weapons and baskets among other items compose the collection. The indigenous theme is also applied in the rooms. Also available in Manaca is a covered wood deck offering guests a place to read and relax in front of the enclosed garden.

The absence of television has the objective of increasing the peace and tranquility at the pousada and encourage the guests to unplug from the outside world.

Manaca (Manacá-da-serra, Tibouchina mutabilis), is a native tree of the Brazilian Atlantic forest. Growth occurs almost exclusively in the secondary slope forests of the states of Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina and São Paulo.

Late check out policy:

- Late check-out on the same day will be charged half day.
- Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-out.
- Early check-out will not be refunded.

Policy on children staying with parents:
Free of charge for children up to 3 years old (one per room).

Cancellation Policy:

>> Cancellations made until 31 days before the check-in date will be refunded 90 % of the price paid on booking.
>> Cancellations made until 21 to 30 days before the check-in date will be refunded 80 % of the price paid on booking.
>> Cancellations made until 20 days before the check-in date will not be refunded. The amount paid may be retained as a credit for future use within a one year time period. 
>> Cancellations will not be accepted at check-in day. 
>> No-show or late check-in will not be refunded.
