It is located in the upper level of the village, about 35 meters above sea level, only 5 minutes walking from the central square, which favors the contact with the birds singing and the proximity of the forest. Late check out policy:

• Late check-outs on the same day will be charged half day.
• Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-outs.
• Early check-outs will not be refunded.
  

Policy on children staying with parents:
30% of the room rates will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 31 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 90 % of the price paid on booking.
• Cancellations made from 21 to 30 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 80 % of the price paid on booking. 
• Cancellations made up to 20 days prior to check-in date will not be refunded. The amount paid may be retained as a credit for future use within a 1-year-time period.
• Cancellations will not be accepted at check-in day. 
• No-shows or late check-ins will not be refunded.
  

Other disclosures:

• Prices are not valid for Brazilian holidays
• Minimum stay of 3 nights will be required during high season (from Dec to Mar)
• Minimum stay of 2 nights will be required during low and middle-season (from Apr to Nov)

Minimum booking required during holidays packages:

• September 3th to 7th (Brazil's Independence)
• October 8th to 12th (Our Lady Aparecida)
• October 30th to November 2nd (Deceased day)
• November 12th to November 15th (National holiday)
