Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
The trekking starts and ends at Abraão Village, so you must arrive at Abraão Village the day before.
Bring your voucher to the office of your local connection - SW Turismo, located in the commercial condominium 'Buganville' to meet the guide, receive last minute instructions and pay the balance of 70% of the total cost. Office is closed at 8:00 PM.
For the 2012 season, this tour is available only on Carnival holiday.
