Excelente lugar. Luego de revisar diferentes hostales estando en Ilha Grande, no lo cambie por nada.
Buena ubicación, piezas adecuadas, un rico desayuno y una envidiable piscina.
Solo le falta Internet (wifi)

CReo hay que mejorar el desayuno, no se preocupaban por repones lo que se terminaba y habia cosas como los jugos que no eran buenos

The service was good, the only thing I would tell you to improve is that the availability of the Hotel/Pousada was not on line, so when I decided the hotel, it was not available.

Fabiana was excellent in dealing with my requests, she was informative and quick to respond.

However, I feel the issue with the transfer from Ilha Grande to the airport was dealt with badly. I was given a price of 150 reales not including the ferry and when questioned I was told that was the price. On arriving to the island I find the true cost with local agents was 65 reales including the ferry. Whilst I have no problem to pay a commission 300% is unreasonable and excessive and whilst everything about the service until this point was 100% I would question if I could have trust to use the service again.

Fabiana answered all of my questions and was very helpful before and after the trip. I needed a detailed receipt from the Posuada for my expense report and Fabiana made sure that I got on via the internet.
