Our privileged location allows you to move quickly to the beach and town center of Abraão. You will enjoy the magic of the nightlife of the beach and sleep peacefully. For families, there are special apartments where the couple has a private bedroom, separated from bedroom of the sons.

You will enjoy the large tropical garden and green area with diverse species of native plants from the Atlantic Forest. Pool, cabana, barbecue, showers, tables and chairs are provided. There are a space for children and a hall for reading, games and TV.

Late check out policy:

- Late check-out on the same day will be charged half day. 
- Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-out.

Policy on children staying with parents:

Free of charge for children up to 3 years old (one per room).
20% of the room rate will be charged for children up to 5 years of age.
Please let us know if this is your case, so that we can manually change the room rate.

Cancellation Policy:

>> Cancellations made until 31 days before the check-in date will be refunded 90 % of the price paid at booking.
>> Cancellations made until 21 to 30 days before the check-in date will be refunded 80 % of the price paid at booking.
>> Cancellations made until 20 days before the check-in date will not be refunded. The amount paid may be retained as a credit for future use within a one year time period.
>> Cancellations will not be accepted on check-in day.
>> No-shows or late check-ins will not be refunded.
>> Early check-out will not be refunded.

Other disclosures:

• Prices are not valid on Brazilian holidays
• Minimum stay of 3 nights required during high-season
• Minimum stay of 2 nights required during low and middle-season

Minimum booking required during holidays packages:

• September 3th to 7th (Brazil's Independence)
• October 8th to 12th (Our Lady Aparecida)
• October 30th to November 2nd (Deceased day)
• November 12th to November 15th (National holiday)

Payment forms:

40% deposit required on booking, paid by Visa, Mastercard, Diners, PayPal
Balance payable in cash at check-in.
