Booking notes

  • For booking a payment of 40% is required in advance, paid by credit cards Visa, Elo, Mastercard, Amex, Diners and Paypal. See our installment options;
  • The balance of 60% + 10%(servcice fee)  will be paid at check-out, cash or Visa, Mastercard or Diners;
  • Minimum stay of  4 nights in the high season;
  • Minimun stay of 3 nights in ther middle and low season;
  • Prices are not valid for holiday periods (see the packages).
  • Pousada  charges 10% service fee.

Cancellation Policy

Remember that in making a reservation, you agree that you are aware of the conditions set forth herein. (Please read. You need only 1 minute).

According to Embratur Resolution 161, cancellation and refund of reservation amount is as follows: 90% up to 30 days from the start of the check in day  and 0% less than 30 days from the check in day.

The non-attendance on the scheduled date of check-in will be considered "NO SHOW", the apartment will remain locked until the next check-in time (10h). After this period the rest of the reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund of the deposit nor transfer of dates. In case of early check-out, the amount paid for the accommodation will not be refunded ;  there will be no transfer of date.

  • Departure (check out) later on the same day will be charged half the daily rate;
  • Departure (check out) early for any reason is not entitled to a rebate / refund of amounts paid and the balance, if any, should be paid or negotiated directly with the hostel;
  • Entry (check in) late will not be entitled to a discount;
  • Failure to appear (no-show) will not be refunded.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR TRADE CONDITIONS IN ILHA GRANDE

Keep in mind that to reach Ilha Grande there is a total dependency on boat transfer. The owners of the Pousadas do not have the ability to call the market at any time for ordering ingredients for breakfast, but rather receive them promptly at the door, delivered by a car. They usually carry out their purchases in advance, based on the scheduled bookings. Also, cancellations when they happen are difficult to remedy.

The relationship between service providers and tourist guests is generally ruled by the Code of Consumer Rights and more specifically by Decree no. 2181, to March 20, 1997, Normative Deliberation. 161 of 09.08.85, Normative Resolution No. CNTUR. 04/83 of 28.01.83.
