Shopping in Ilha Grande
Ilha Grande does not have a strong shopping trade and is therefore not a place for shopaholics. There are no glitzy shops, supermarkets and malls here; however, you can buy some handicrafts and clothes from small shops on the island. If you're looking for the usual array of shorts, t-shirts and swimsuits, one of these shops will do. For great designs and varied styles, head for the malls in Rio.

Amazonia - central shop
Amazonia is the biggest shop on Ilha Grande and has five shops in Abraão Village where you will find varied types of handicrafts.
Avenida Beira Mar, centro. Vila do Abraão. In front of the main wharf.
Olê Olê
This is a big shop that belongs to the Amazonia net shops. They sell several types of art, crafts and clothes. The location is in front of the Pousada Só Natureza.
Condominio Buganville, centro. Vila do Abraão. Ilha Grande
AMC
Since 1976, this is the most traditional shop in Abraão, selling varied handicrafts and t-shirts.

Golfo
After AMC, it is the second oldest shop in Abraão. The products are crafts and t-shirts.

It is a new, small shop in Buganville Commercial Center that sell art, shoes and Brazilian sandals Hawaiian - "Havaianas."
