- Late check-outs on the same day will be charged half day.
- Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-outs.

- Cancellations made 31 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 90 % of the price paid on booking.
- Cancellations made from 21 to 30 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 80 % of the price paid on booking.
- Cancellations made up to 20 days prior to check-in date will not be refunded. The amount paid may be retained as a credit for future use within a 1-year-time period.
- Cancellations will not be accepted at check-in day.
- No-shows or late check-ins will not be refunded.
