Policies and Other Information

Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made 31 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 90 % of the price paid on booking.
  • Cancellations made from 21 to 30 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 80 % of the price paid on booking. 
  • Cancellations made up to 20 days prior to check-in date will not be refunded. The amount paid may be retained as a credit for future use within a 1-year-time period.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted at check-in day.
  • No-shows or late check-ins will not be refunded.
  • Early check-out will not be refunded.

Late check-out policy:

- Late check-out on the same day will be charged half day.
- Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-out.
- Early check-out will not be refunded.


Children policy:

10% of the room rates will be charged for children up to 5 years old.
30% of the room rates will be charged for children up to 11 years old.
40% of the room rates will be charged for older than 11 years old.
