>> Cancellations made 20 days or less prior to the check-in date will not be refunded. The amount paid may be retained as credit for future use within a one-year period. Cancellations will not be accepted on the day of check-in. >> No-shows, late check-in and early check-out will not be refunded.
Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out on the same day will be charged half day.
- Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-out.
- Early check-out will not be refunded.

- Free of charge for children up to 2 years old (one per room)
