Pousada Aconchego is simple, but has great services. It began its operations in 2000. It is a two-story building surrounded by other houses. It is possible to have a view of the forest. The street is not too busy, despite being close to the centre.

Late check out policy:
- Late check-out on the same day will be charged half day.
- Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-out.
- Early check-out will not be refunded.
