The van will let and pick you up on the correct wharf (Angra dos Reis has three different wharfs).

Itinerary
- Rio's south zone - Rio's Airport - Avenida Brasil - BR 101 - Angra dos Reis.
- The total distance traveled by van / mini bus is about 170km, 2h30m.
- It takes about 30-40 minutes between the airport and hotels in Rio's south zone.
- It takes from 50 minutes to 1h30m for sea crossing, depending of the boat.
The rules for cancellations are as follows:
- Cancellations made in advance of 2 days before the trip (working days from Monday to Friday), will be a refunded in 80% of the booking amount.
- For cancellations made up to 2 days before the trip date, there will be no refund.
- No-Show will not be refunded.
- Change of flights not informed 24 hours in advance are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Free for children up to 3 years of age. Children from 4 to 8 years will be charged 50% of the rate as adult.
Participant Guidelines
- From Rio's airport , from 08h30 until 18h00:
After landing on the airport there will be a driver waiting for you at the gate of your flight arrival, the driver will be holding a board with your name. For that reason, we must know the correct arrival flight information. Read also Other disclosures.
- From Rio's south zone hotels - Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon:
After hiring the transfer, we will inform the hotel address to the driver, he goes to the hotel where you are and will be in front, waiting for you in advance. Eventually, he will enter the hotel and ask to call the guest in the room. For that, it's very important to know the correct address and name of the hotel.
When arriving at Angra, the driver will buy and deliver the ticket to you to go onboard the first boat leaving for Vila do Abraão - Ilha Grande.
Other Disclosures
About the go-trip departure from Rio's airport:
- The last boat leaving Angra to Vila do Abraão, Ilha Grande is at 16:00. Then, it is supposed you must leave Rio Airport until 13h30
- If you already know that your flight arrival time is between 13h30 and 16h00, then, this service is not suitable for you. You can ask us to provide a private transfer for you
- If you hire this service and you show up at the arrival gate between 13h30 and 18h00, inform the driver you will need to sleep in Angra and take the boat the next day. You must inform us that you will make the check-in at pousada the next day
- If you hire this service and for any reason, you do not show up at the gate until 18h00 you will need to sleep one night in Rio and use the service the next day. You must inform us that you will make the check-in at pousada the next day
